VIVI'R LGBTQ+ provides services and support to Spanish-speaking LGBTQ+ newcomers, refugees, immigrants, and community members. b) Partner organizations. When collaborating to support a client (e.g., legal, housing, health, settlement services), information may be shared with prior consent unless required in an emergency.

c) Emergency situations. If someone is at immediate risk of harm or experiencing a medical emergency, VIVI'R may share relevant information with emergency contacts, healthcare providers, or law enforcement — strictly to protect safety.
