A community space, built from the ground up
VIVI’R LGBTQ+ began as a small group of friends, neighbours, and newcomers who kept noticing the same gaps — Spanish-speaking Latinx LGBTQ+ people arriving in Toronto without a safe place to land. Not a hotline number. Not a pamphlet. A place, and people, who actually understood.
This blog is where we’ll share program updates, stories from the community (with consent and care), and practical resources. We are volunteer-powered. We do not receive government or private-org funding. Everything here runs on the time of people who believe this work matters.
